What we make

One design, any format

Most departments start with a coin and come back for patches, pins and stickers off the same artwork. Once the design is drawn, it carries across everything.

01 / COINS

Challenge coins

Die-struck or die-cast, soft or hard enamel, antique or polished finish. Custom shapes, cut-outs, spinners, bottle-opener edges and sequential numbering.

  • 1.75″ – 3″ standard
  • 2D & 3D relief
  • Any shape, not just round

02 / PATCHES

Patches

Embroidered, woven, PVC and leather. Hook-and-loop backing, merrowed or laser-cut borders, subdued or full color for uniform wear.

  • Shoulder, chest & morale
  • Velcro-backed available
  • Subdued / IR options

03 / PINS

Lapel pins

Award pins, years-of-service pins, memorial pins and unit pins. Butterfly clutch, rubber back or locking military clutch.

How it works

From sketch to shipped

Four steps, and you approve every one before it moves forward. Nothing gets made until you say it's right.

Tell us the idea

Send a photo of your patch or badge, a rough sketch, or just a description. We'll ask about quantity, size and what the piece is for.

Free artwork

You get a full-color rendering with no design fee and no obligation. Revise it as many times as you need — there's no cap and no charge.

Approve the sample

Once artwork is locked, the mold is cut and we send you high-resolution photos of the first piece. Nothing goes to full production until you sign off.

Production & delivery

Full run is manufactured, packed and shipped to you. Coins typically land 4–5 weeks after approval; patches and pins run 3–4.

Why work with us

We know the job

This isn't a print shop taking orders off a form. The details that make a piece look right — rank structure, unit history, what actually reads on a 2-inch coin — are the whole point.

No design fees

Artwork is free, whether you order or not. You see the piece before you commit a dollar.

Unlimited revisions

Change the ribbon, the wording, the finish, the whole thing. We work it until the department is happy.

Direct line

You deal with one person start to finish. No ticket numbers, no offshore call center.

Built for budgets

Purchase orders, W-9s, invoices for the union or the association — we work the way departments actually pay.

Questions

The things everybody asks

How long does an order take?

Once artwork is approved, coins generally take 4–5 weeks and patches and pins 3–4 weeks. Partway through, you'll get high-resolution photos of the sample to review. If you'd rather hold a physical sample before approving, we can ship one — that adds time to the schedule.

What does it cost?

Price depends on size, thickness, how much 3D relief the design has, and quantity. Deeper 3D means a more expensive mold; larger runs bring the per-piece price down. Every order is quoted individually so we can work to whatever budget you're given.

Can you make a custom shape?

Yes. Coins can be cut to any outline — a badge shape, a state, a maltese cross, a patrol car. Take a look at the gallery for examples of what's been done.

Who do you make these for?

Mostly police, fire, EMS, sheriff's offices, corrections and transit agencies, plus military units and federal agencies. We also do academy classes, unions and benevolent associations, motorcycle clubs, non-profits, private companies and the occasional wedding.

What do you need from me to start?

An idea and a rough quantity. A photo of your patch or badge helps, but a description is enough to get the first rendering going. Artwork files are welcome if you have them — vector (.ai, .eps, .svg) is ideal, but we can work from a clear photo.

Do you do memorial and line-of-duty pieces?

Yes, and they get handled with the care they deserve. Tell us the situation and we'll work to whatever timeline the family or department needs.
